  The GTCAP action undertakes research work in geomatics for the control of Common Agriculture Policy subsidies, using GIS, remote sensing and GPS measurements.   My work included the development of methods for the statistical downscaling (i.e. change of spatial resolution) of Atmospheric-Ocean Global Climate Model. I applied these methods to the case of maximum and minimum temperatures in the province of Quebec (Canada). I was involved in the organization of the Water 2010 conference in Quebec City. I mainly contributed to... * the implementation of system of submission and reviewing of the papers * the gestion of the Scientific Commitee * the promotion of the conference * the preparation of the conference program I gave a course of Bayesian statistics to both Master and PhD students and I was also co-director of a Master student.

  My research topic was the development of space-time models that enable to account for as much sources of information as possible. The proposed models were then implemented to different fields (remote sensing hydrology, forecasting of air pollution). I also gave probability, statistics and geostatistics courses (approximately 250-300 students per year).
