  UKPS Supplementary IT Lead Solution Architect I was responsible for the creation of a vision and a strategy to improve the HPE UK Information Management. In effect centralising multiple customers (Rolls-Royce, etc...), government departments (MoD, MoJ, DWP/Tax and Benefits, etc...) and councils' onshore and offshore SharePoint sites into a centralised environment that fully met HMG standards as well as meeting HPE ones . This led to architectural responsibilities for the resulting programme and projects. I delivered a few deliverables, not least were: high level designs, requirements, architecture principles, viewpoints, HPE UK policies changes, cost models and presentations for each phase and associated activities. TOGAF methodology was used for this initiative.
