I was sad to see Dominique go. I had the fun of watching her grow tremendously over the last 2 years. Taking on new responsibilities head-on, daring to jump in and then - very soon - she was hitting the ground running. Guiding a large project team through complex communication challenges, drafting a comprehensive long-term plan and getting it all done, and standing her ground in heated debates with all kinds of hierarchy levels. We will miss her in the team - not only the reliable, fast-learning teamplayer, but also the funny and kind colleague. I am sure her good spirits and positive "can-do" attitude will go far.
