She helped me learn and grow by giving practical opportunities, like last week I had a presentation and she was there to support me besides her busy routine ( she had to literally act like a one-women-army last week because of some important release :D ). Eventually we got postive feedback on the presentation, though there is a long way to go. I read that leadership isn't just about authority but the effort.
