I am currently working as part of proAV's on-site AV team at Allen & Overy LLP, a prestigious global law firm. After 8 months at my position I was promoted from Team Administrator to the Coordinator of a recently launched help desk. Some of my key responsibilities include, not being limited to: • Direct line management of the AV & Multimedia Help Desk; supervising the support staff including managing shifts and staff development. • Creating processes and procedures for the team to follow and constantly looking for improvements. • Being the first point of contact for the AV Multimedia team including monitoring and answering team emails and phone calls. • Handling all administrative duties, including managing calendars and organising the team's workload. • Carrying out annual performance reviews, setting up SMART objectives to be followed and updated throughout the year. • Assisting with the recruitment process of help desk operators by screening candidates' CVs, attending interviews and completing induction with new joiners. • Producing reports for the multimedia service in line with the contract manager’s requirements. • Liaising with internal and external clients’ in order to ensure that all their requirements are met during client meetings and events; striving to build strong client relationships. • Implementation of new methods and procedures for organizing the team’s workload and increasing productivity. • Monitoring the team's training requirements and scheduling training sessions as appropriate, related to our daily tasks and new technologies. After finishing university I started work experience at the Multimedia department of Nomura – a City Based Investment Bank.
