      As an operations officer, I was deputy company commander (KEO) for 2 years and temporarily responsible for up to 150 soldiers (including vehicles, equipment and material). I deputized for the company commander in his absence and assisted him in operational and administrative matters. At the same time, I led a group of 12 experienced soldiers and prepared them spiritually, physically and mentally for a series of French training courses both in the high mountains (French Alps) and in tropical climates (New Caledonia) and eventually participated successfully with the group in these courses.
