During 4 years (2014-2018) I experienced Dominik Mahn first as an indirect and then as a direct supervisor. I very much appreciated his exemplary, fair, highly structured, reliable and motivating nature. In the joint digital projects, he was both a highly qualified mentor and a stakeholder who made decisions in a rational and economic way and, above all, always in the interests of the company and the employees. His demanding and supporting way was very empowering and aloud me to continue my studies during that time. Furthermore he launched and supervised the digital transformation of the company. It was my pleasure to collaborate with Dominik and I would do it again any time without hesitation.
