● Using Solid Works, along with 3D-Xpert I created test specimen assigned with varying print parameters for parameter optimization of a nickel super-alloy. Once printed they were checked for imperfections and tensile tested to find the optimal printing process in a laser powder bed fusion metal printer. ● Worked in three labs and learned how to use 3 different LPBF printers and learning to conduct scanning electron microscope analysis. ● Using Solid Works, along with 3D-Xpert I created test specimen assigned with varying print parameters for parameter optimization of a nickel super-alloy.
