I worked very closely with Dominic Williams at Post Office Ltd for 3 years during which time I always found him to be highly professional, commercially orientated and very supportive. Dominic's skill as a senior account manager at the Post Office was exceptional, he was able to successfully work with and manage multiple key partner accounts worth millions over a huge geographical area. He achieved this by improving relationships with all tiers of management through the development of effective communications channels, the creation of personalised training sessions and by demonstrating there is always a way for everyone to win. You won't find anyone more driven, reliable and ethical than Dominic; I would recommend him and his array of skills to anyone without hesitation, a true asset to any company.
Julian Hodgkinson (He/Him)
I first met Dominic as a colleague on the same team. It was obvious from the start the he had a wealth of management skills and ideas. Being second was not an option in any scenario which raised the game of all of the other team members. Target driven and results orientated, he shaped the business in his area and soon was promoted to a more senior position. This role stretched his negotiation skills working with multiple partners who had different agendas - he managed to share is vision with these companies and align their plans with ours. It is rare to come across a more rounded individual who gets the job done. He is hard working and is not frightened by implimenting changes within a progessive organisation. I would not hesitate to recommend him for any senior role that he applied for.
