Bio
Ross Fletcher
I have known Dominic since his early days at Kingsway College School. Later, I coached Dom over several years in minor hockey. He is a confidant young man and I have always admired the enthusiasm with which tackles his many interests and activities. Somehow he manages his time to be successful at them all. In hockey, he brought a tenacity (and reliability!) to his goaltending that I am certain will also appear in his professional life. Polite and respectful, but with an edge that plays itself out as a bias for action, I recommend Dom most highly.
Stephen Mallory
I coached Dom in rep hockey, and have stayed in touch with him over the years as he has completed high school and is now well into university. He is polite, respectful, personable and focussed. I have admired how he has taken on, and has succeeded in, a multitude of endeavours. As his hockey coach, I respected the intensity he brought to learning how to be a good hockey player. I am certain he'll use that same tenacity in his professional life. I recommend Dom highly."

Co-Founder/President
-
Oct 2016 - May 2020
I was the co-founder of a student-run and student-managed record label at Western University, created to promote and represent student musicians while they try to fulfill their artistic dreams alongside their academic ambitions. Over the course of my university years I had been directly responsible for assisting in planning, booking, marketing, and producing over 30 concerts. Among these were a series of annual, entirely self-produced March showcases and the finale, "Fire Fest", served as my culminating ISP. The festival was aimed to promote the creative side of a school that focuses much of their attention towards business, engineering, and STEM programs, and featured 25 acts performing across 4 stages and saw over 500 attendees. Sailing Instructor
-
May 2014 - Sep 2018
I spent a combination my high school and university summers working as a sailing instructor, certified by Ontario Sailing and Sail Canada, ultimately working full-time for 4 summers before becoming a program manager. I worked primarily teaching beginner sailing in the CANSail 1/2 and WetFeet programs to children aged 4-10 on a number of different boats such as the Optimus and Pico, and also taught learn to race and CANSail 3/4 kids aged 11-17 in larger boats like the 420. I have also aided in coaching race team members at regattas and have taught beginner private lessons to children and adults. Show less
