Dominic was my employer and supervisor when I worked at Classic Wines Inc. from 2007 to 2012. We worked together on a daily basis during which time I have personally experienced his company thrive in the challenging wine market. Dominic’s background and experience allows him to provide his customers with the top Spanish wines and services. He is great at arranging strategic business plans for his clients and making sure to accomplish all the goals. He is an easy person to work with and displays humor as well as motivation to anyone around him. I learned from him even when he wasn’t training me. I heartily recommend Dominic and would be only happy to work with him again.

I founded this first company and therefore my introduction into the wine industry. I guess my destiny was always meant to end here career wise....As a young boy, I lived in a mountainside in the rural and ancient part of Spain called Galicia, in the northwestern part of the country outlined by the Atlantic. This was an earthy place, a mystical place where time has stood still...no electricity, no cars or roads, no modern conveniences...we lived off the earth as any village would back in the middle ages. Every Fall we used to go down the mountain to the vineyard with a black-stained cart pulled by two oxen. There, we harvested the ripe grapes, sweet as nectar and I know this because I used to eat as much as would fill my belly. We threw the grapes into the cart, and back up the mountain we would go. The wooden wheels would sing against the axles of the cart from the weight of the grapes. Back in the village, my brother and I would squash all the grapes barefooted, you know like that old "I Love Lucy" show. This is the way it was done going all the way back to Roman times....so you see, wine is in my blood! So now you know my personal story that got me to this business... For those of you that don't think yourselves to be connoisseurs, here are some very simple words of wisdom: Wine is nothing more or less than your life history. This mystical product has been with us since the beginning of our civilization and it's mystical because it's a living product; sensitive to heat and cold, waiting for us to absorb it and accompany us on this journey called life. And as complex as this may sound, just think of this; when you see it, smell it, taste it...it will remind you of something in your life, so describe it as you will and no one can ever say you are wrong because you are decribing your life story...so you are now a connoisseur!
