As Head of MYP Development I frequently relied on Dominic in his role working as curriculum manager in the CP and DP. He bent over backwards to help in areas with which I lacked expertise. He gave his own time to support MYP developments, and the current approach to service learning in MYP is hugely influenced by his thinking and direction. We bounced ideas off each other frequently regarding the career-related programme and ATL - it is great fun to work with Dominic! While I was Head of DP Development Dominic assumed the role of acting Head of CP Development. We worked side-by-side in developing IB programmes across the academic division. His insight into different models of learning and different ways of inspiring young people were key to opening the eyes of many of us.
