As the supervisor it is my job to make sure all members of staff are doing their jobs efficiently and to delegate jobs to them. I also have to hold the store whenever the manager or assistant manager are off. In which case I also have to handle customer and staff complaints should there be any. I also have to update the store figures each morning with what we did the day before as well as organize deliveries when they come in. As a Key holder I needed to have very good personal skills and customer service. I was also given extra responsibilities in being able to cash up at the end of shift, deal with repairs and damages as well as refunds and exchanges. I also had to hold the store in the morning at times until at least a supervisor started work. As well as holding the store in the evening to close up when all other members of staff had gone home.
