  As a QC Microbiologist at SHINE Technologies I ensure cGMP cleanroom compliance, perform bioburden and endotoxin testing, microbial identification, and environmental monitoring. Additionally I compose OOS investigations, perform root cause analysis, and implement CAPAs, when applicable, to improve processes. I have been cross trained to perform radioactive product analytical testing including ICP-MS and HPGe final product analysis. QC/QA compliance is essential in this position including good documentation processes to allow for human use cancer therapeutic release. Within this position I maintain a high level of knowledge of cGMPs, FDA, and USP regulations.
