My 24 years of part time and full time employment along side family members and observing their time tested and battle hardened management expertise has taught me determination, and perseverance.

I have also given many lectures where I am able to use my public speaking skills to either persuade and or inform an audience. Some qualities that i have acquired from volunteering at IHM are public relations, public speaking, team leadership, counseling others, retreat management, dependability, sacrifice, humility, and accountability.
