I manage, operate, and lead facilitate the adventure-based experiential education program for at-risk male youth, our school, residential programs and clinical staff. I also conduct groups for outside work teams from schools, police and fire departments, and college programs. Specifically designed and sequenced activities and focused debriefing points are used to help clients and staff reach identified clinical, therapeutic, agency, and program goals.
