Achieved all key performance milestones and project completion resulting to 99% annual reliability and 10% increase in gross output and efficiency (from 55 to 60 MW). • Took over and led the Burgos 150 MW Wind Farm Substation after management declared it as a crisis situation due to substantial delay in the construction of the wind farm switchyard. Completed the aggressive 90-day acceleration schedule 10 days ahead of schedule and successfully commissioned Burgos Wind Farm resulting in the award by the DOE of a FiT eligibility certification for the full 150MW wind farm capacity. The net impact of FiT eligibility amounts to Php xxx million revenue annually for 20 years or a total of Php xx billion. • Led the daunting task of swiftly restoring the 661 MW Leyte Geothermal Facility after it had been severely affected by Super Typhoon “Yolanda” (Haiyan). Completed the 2-phase business recovery and continuity plan consisting of; 1) Immediate restoration of facilities without cooling tower issues (146 MW) and 2) Secure, expedite sourcing and repair/replace of affected equipment with damaged cooling towers (515 MW) 106 days ahead of schedule translating to Php x.xx billion of avoided revenue loss. •Serve as Business Head of Bacman and Leyte Geothermal Business Units •Serve as Technical and O&M leader of BD on green and brown field energy projects of varied technologies Show less
