  Apprenticeship completed in my first year, then i got set on as a qualified engineer.I learned many things at northern plastics, such as making fibre glass pipes, tanks, vessels and roofs.I also learned many health and safety techniques used daily in engineering and construction.The most important thing I learned was working as part of a team. Communication was a vital part of this job.
