My role at Digital Engineering has been from the very beginning to Project Manager. Today, I'm in charge of Technical Director of the Business Unit which mainly produces business process software based on Microsoft platform.The tasks involving me into business processes are mainly:- Responsible for Microsoft, Java and Mobile projects- Technical manager for definining the BU internal methodologies and standards- Human Resources Recruiter and Trainer- Software ArchitectIn the projects for which I'm directly involved I cover the Project Manager role, as well as the developer one where there are specific needs.My technical mind allowed me to learn and work on different technologies, among which definitely stands out the Microsoft platform with which I completed projects for over 15 years.In managing of several projects in the mobile area has allowed me to get close to the APP world, topic of which I am very fascinated.
