Served as the Chairman of the Board for the Tulane Professional Basketball Negotiation Competition (TPBNC). The TPBNC is an ADR-style negotiation competition for law school students interested in the NBA offseason. Through the competition, students are assigned roles for a free agency transaction between a player and a team. The students are then judged by various NBA and professional basketball executives and provided real time feedback on how some of these negotiations may have gone in real-life. As a part of the board, our responsibilities included - Creating and drafting materials for the competing students to design their arguments around - Coordinating flight plans and hotel accommodations for the participating judges - Depth of NBA CBA knowledge for proper topic construction Show less
