After Sales: Responding to client inquiries regarding spare, repair parts and other relatable aspects in various databases systems. Create quotes, orders and returns and provide appropriate follow-up. Create and process purchase orders to local vendors for parts. Lead Purchaser for all warehouse replenishment items and for repair work requests. Lead in our new Quality department regarding in house procedures, new outtakes and delivering the best quality service proposition's to our intern team and clients.
