In essence, the aim of the student ombudsman is to secure students who find themselves in a conflict with the FPA through the best possible administrative procedures, legal protection and guidance through the ongoing process. This means offering counsel, under strict duty of confidentiality, in various cases regarding: - students' rights - harrassment - peaceful resolution of conflicts between different parties within FPA - proceedures regarding examinations and procedural errors - refused applications regarding the right of accessability to education and/or examinations, student exchange, recognition of education from other universities, etc.
