This multi-year programme, with thousands of BI products in-scope aims to retire client current Data and BI infrastructure to replace it with a new cloud-based solution. In this leading capacity, during the mobilisation phase, Dom devised several scope determination, implementation, and delivery approaches for the programme’s BI Products. He constantly proposed innovative solutions to changing approaches in an agile manner, ensuring that adequate documentation was in place to enable team members to pivot.
