  1st line incident logging & managing across the student and residential sector working for the 6th largest ISP in the country. I am fortunate to work on multi vendor solutions including Cisco, Ruckus, HP, Aruba, Mikrotik, Zhone and Nokia. My role allows me to speak to C1, C2 & 3rd party engineers to investigate issues with their devices on our network. The main day to day responsibilites will be to answer any new emails, calls, livechats or tweets that come in and troubleshoot whether that be for wireless, ethernet or fiber related issues. It also allows me to deal with our contractors sent to customer sites to troubleshoot faults with ethernet, fiber or our Access Points across multiple differnet vendors. I have been fortunate to be able to visit some of our customer sites to troubleshoot issues for both our student and residential estate. In the last few months I have been trained to deal with TAC Cases for our GPON Solution due to my enthusiasm to learn and willingness to help our 3rd line network engineers troubleshooting difficult faults.
