I've had the pleasure of working with Dee for almost 3 years at Adaptavist. Dee as a leader is heavily focused on embedding values that prioritise trust and growth, which massively contributed to the team's personal and professional development. She has been a driving force in helping me progress as the professional I am today, and the difference is significant from when I joined Adaptavist. Dee has been pivotal in challenging me outside my comfort zone in ways I didn't know it was possible. I highly admire Dee's meticulous attention to detail and high standards; she always strives and works to deliver the best work possible. Gladly, this is something that I picked up and have applied to my new job. Her originality and creativity are hard to go unnoticed. She very successfully and comfortably provided creative direction across all events from beginning to end. As well as effectively encouraged designers to really challenge their creative juices and produce a wide range of different premium events. Her deep understanding of delivering exceptional client services, has carved the path for Adaptavist to host new type of events (i.e. wine tasting client and internal entertaining events). The company to which Dee moves onto next will be very lucky to have her!
