Dr. Koshy is not only a stupendous literary critic, poet, author par excellence and editor, but also a true ambassador of everything literary, artistic and aesthetic. I have known him as a literary mentor and critic from the Facebook literary group Rejected Stuff and he inspires us writers to excel in our craft every day by encouraging us with every possible way, starting from writing prompt to publishing anthologies, critiquing, editing and fine tuning our poetry and prose. He has also pioneered in instituting groundbreaking awards for overall contribution for literature like the Reuel Prize. His contributions in the Autism Village Project are inspirational in every way. I would strongly recommend him as one of the most powerful contemporary voices in Indian writing in English.

Dr Ampat Koshy to say the least is brilliant. Brilliant writer, the original man of words, be it poetry or prose. His sheer depth shows every time he writes something. Ampat Koshy is a wonderful critic as well. Surely his students are blessed to have him as their Guru. To top it all, he is a wonderful human being, a rarity these days!

I have run five creative writing courses on reading and writing for ideas, including ones on mythologies, the lyrical and scripting plays. The courses included my designing the curriculum, setting the syllabus, taking classes, final assessment as well as overseeing final products and three small final exhibitions, not to mention teamwork with equally dedicated and highly professional facilitators like A.V.Varghese who was the Academic Dean of Srishti School of Art, Design and Technology at present and Dharma Kannan.I have also guided ten of the final year diploma projects and have many more students whom I helped who have given me acnowledgements. Some of the projects/products are films and the others are books. One was on autism and resulted in toys.My documentation work for three courses are found here:http://www.lycralyricist.blogspot.comhttp://www.scriptingplays.comhttp://www.mythocrator.blogspot.comhttp://mythocrator.wordpress.comMy first "Reading and Writing for Ideas" course achieved benchmark status in the PPSE course I was doing at the time conducted by CERTAD.The students that I guided or am guiding are Ashwin Bhaskaran, Shakti Dash, Shyamli Panda, Prerna Gupta, Vaibhav Raghunandan, Roanna Rahman, Alannah D'Souza,Ramya Pothukuchi,Urmila Shastry and Avinash Deshmukh,.
