  Led a team of 24 P&G employees that worked on growing P&G Near East sales through:• Delivering superior service to all P&G Near East (NE) distributors as well as all directly covered Modern Trade (MT) customers via eliminating service issues, and installing & tracking the necessary KPI’s to reflect key service metrics• Driving joint value creation projects with customers/distributors which aim at providing best-in-class service to their consumers/customers, while optimizing their supply chain cost• Improving logistics’ capabilities of NE distributors via conducting Global Distributor Assessments (GDA’s), identifying opportunities in capabilities & developing corrective action plans• Developing risk management programs to ensure continuity of supply in emergency scenarios (e.g. political unrest in Egypt & Syria)• Leading the annual supply chain trade terms development & negotiation with customers• Introducing new differentiation/supply chain agility projects such as the Ready-to-Go promotions menu & reaction to competition program.

  Led a team of 70 P&G employees on a major corporate restructuring project, including the following responsibilities:• Consolidating all P&G Egypt paper manufacturing activities under one Legal Entity (LE) to realize $MM 2.4 tax savings/year• Establishing “one-face-to-trade” for P&G Egypt • Reengineering Egypt Go-to-Market (GTM) model to be 100% compliance with legal, tax, and company guidelines• Setting up a new 40,000 pallet spot 3PL DC for P&G Egypt to support volume growth for storage and shipment

  Led a sub-team of 8 P&G employees as part of the Corporate Restructure project, aiming to move Egypt business to standard hybrid CEEMEA model compliant with the Regional Entrepreneur model. This project delivered an NPV of $MM 5, driven mainly behind tax savings on a regional level due bringing P&G Egypt into RE model, reduced cost for importing finished products, and integrating Gillette, Braun, and Wella into P&G processes to realize the full synergies of the acquisitions.

• Distributor & Customer Logistics Manager – Supply Network Operations- P&G Egypt

  I led the logistics team as part of the Distributor Operations multi-functional team, aiming to develop the capabilities of P&G Egypt five distributors. I managed a team of 2 P&G employees and a team of 5 distributors’ logistics managers through:• Designing and implementing the new supply chain model for P&G Egypt distributors to be followed for the next five years, enabling them to achieve their sales target and to optimize their operating cost• Introducing & implementing a new supply chain concept in P&G Egypt and that is Direct Shipment from P&G warehouse to indirectly covered customers, delivering savings of $800,000 annually to P&G Egypt through eliminating an extra leg in the supply chain• Building the distributors’ logistics organization through hiring 5 logistics managers to manage overall logistics operation at the five distributors• Decreasing the distributors’ lost sales opportunities from 4.6% to 0.4% in one year ($7,000,000 in revenue) through developing the distributors’ logistics capability, by offering logistics colleges and ongoing functional trainings to the distributors’ logistics organizations• Delivering against following KPIs: P&G missed cases, P&G cost to serve, Ex. Distributors’ missed cases, distributors’ logistics capabilities upgrade
