  Prosecuting overseas raw material purchases. Including: - Negotiating contract terms with sellers. - Tracking processes of issuance of necessary documents for import procedures, in coordination with customs brokers. - Informing related departments beforehand for purposes of preparation of payments, storage/ production planning, sales, e.t.c. - Tracking/ recording tax & operation costs seperately for each contract. - Coordinating service providers for logistics and surveyor operations. Attending to discharge operations at ports occasionally. - Conducting quality settlements with sellers as per international standards. - Recording relevant details and documents of import cases for audit purposes. Additional Responsibilities: - Coordinating suppliers for invoicing and tracking purchasing orders during local harvest seasons. - Negotiating disputes related to sale orders with customers. - Reporting commodity quantities/ costs to the insurance company on weekly basis.
