I was responsible for the management of two textile companies, an industrial and a trading company; these companies were operating in seven markets. During this period I was leading a team of a total of 160 employees. With the new management strategies and companies reorganization, the six companies became two, focus in different production, strategic investments, new financial supports and an international development strategy. Under my management the companies experienced a 60% sales increase and organizational costs fell 28%.
