  Chronic diseases affect over 60% of the adult population, consuming 80% of the healthcare systems expenditures. Chronic diseases are usually developed over several years, unless the risk factors are well managed. In addition, there are guidelines for screening tests to enable early detection of chronic diseases and allow better management. Same is also available for patients with diagnosed chronic diseases to help reduce complications of these diseases. The main issue remains the compliance of the populations to prevention measures. Wikaya is artificial intelligence platform that will help patients improve their preventative efforts. We do that by providing a Prevention Score to give them a clear indication to their prevention efforts. The Prevention Score is calculated based on the efforts made to reduce the modifiable risk factors as well as the compliance to screening and follow up tests. The AI functionality will analyze the users’ behavior to identify high compliance patterns among the users/patients and test it and implement the proven efficient patterns. The platform collects data from the users, their mobile phones, wearable’s, through integration with EMR. The Prevention Score is a game changer, which gives the users, at any time, an indication to their prevention behavior level of their recent lifestyle and gives them a clear guidance on how they can improve it.
