I had the pleasure of being Dmitry’s manager for over 2 years when he was the Global Asset Manager for Wireline, one of the Schlumberger Product lines. Dmitry arrived into the position with no prior knowledge of asset management although he did have other experience as a line manager and had also worked in HR. To his credit, Dmitry came up to speed very quickly and grasped the key concepts of asset management in a short time. He also supported the field on key project mobilizations, working tirelessly to ensure the needed assets were where they needed to be, on time. In fact, during his time in the role, I received many compliments from Vice Presidents and our Product Line President of the timely and crucial support that Dmitry provided in many circumstances, including emergency scenarios. Furthermore, Dmitry managed to handle pressure situations calmly and handled a very high workload in an effective manner. To remain cool, calm and collected in some of the situations he faced was a remarkable characteristic that made an impression on me. Dmitry also made significant improvements to the way we track and manage asset utilization in the business, collaborating with teams to build new dashboards to allow management to make effective decisions and this allowed the business to save millions of dollars in Capex investment and improve the ROA of the fleet. This was a significant initiative in which Dmitry was a key contributor. He demonstrated his creativity and his ability to think out of the box which were key aspects in implementing this new approach to asset management Dmitry is a very intelligent person and an extremely hard worker and is full of ideas and creative ways of doing things in a different and more effective manner. He has a very positive attitude and works very well in a team, he is a true team player. During his time in the role, I can confidently say that he made a very positive impact in his position which had tangible business results. It was a pleasure to have Dmitry as part of the team and I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending him to any organization
