  The purpose of the position is to manage and improve Data discovery and Product Analyst teams' delivery ( 36 FTE). Product managers and Product representatives, Marketing, Finance, and other departments are the main requesters (Clients) The main objects of the Data Discover team are product exploring, and the generation of new improvements with potential revenue uplifts or cost-cutting. The team consists of Data Analytics, Data scientists, and ML engineers (8FTE) The Data Discovery team is fully involved in the following activities: - identifying business needs; - exploring solutions and strategies to business challenges; - generating insights from datasets; - identifying hidden trends and patterns. General business needs covered by applying ML: - Conversion improvements (classification) - Commercial and target metrics forecast (regression/time series) - Recommendation systems - Analytical research using data science algorithms The Product Analyst team is mainly responsible for specialized product reports development and analytical/statistical request performance. There are typical services provided by the Product Analyst team: - Development of specialized report (product/marketing); - A/B experiment analysis. Proposals for optimization/resolutions for implementation; - BP development.
