  January 2021, I was made manager of my company's Machine Shop. Over the past 2 years I have successfully developed the shops workflow to a predominantly production basis whilst still servicing local industries doing planned and breakdown maintenance on a jobbing basis. I am still in this role at present managing a workshop containing high level measurement tooling and CNC machinery supplying machined components to a wide variety of industries including but not limited to; Aerospace, Agricultural, Medical and industrial, at both small and large run quantities.   Due to staff shortages within my company at the time and my increased skillset, October 2020 I was fully trained to operate a Hyundai 2-axis CNC lathe. This included maintenance of the machine, tool ordering, programming and operating. This enabled me to develop a great sense of responsibility to the company as I was the sole employee at the time that could run the CNC lathe and on-site lineborer.
