Councilmember Doreen Caudell (Seat 2) Caudell ran unopposed for her City Council seat, taking office in February, 2012 & again unopposed in 2016. In addition to serving on Clearwater City Council, Caudell serves on TBATA, TMA, MPO, PPC, MPOAC, CCC, DDB, & Clearwater Arts Alliance Caudell previously served on the Clearwater Community Development Board for 6 years, and is active on the Clearwater Jazz Holiday/Ruth Eckerd Hall Education Board.
