Gained experience with Unconventional wells averaging between 17K-19K ft MD and 10K to 12K ft of frac zone, as well as vertical wells.• Worked on ACM Jobs (Advanced Completion Methods) using multiple types of diverters, analyzing pressure and making impromptu design adjustments with diverter loading to maximize fracture complexity and production.• Performed jobs utilizing Prodigi AB (automated fracturing control intelligence), reducing screen outs by 80%.• Successfully supervised 15-men crew, setting record in shortest rig down/up in camp.• Constructed computer models that simulated downhole conditions, enabling educated decisions and identifying points of improvement.• Performed successful jobs with average proppant of 18-20M lbs with 500K to 1M barrel of fluid per well (slick water and multiple gelled systems) utilizing produced water (adjusting treatment to prevent issues with bacteria level), leaning way to join advanced completion method team in DJ basin area.• Reached optimum performance and fluid stability by making real time adjustments to fluid system.• Utilized Halliburton software (Insite for Stimulation), monitoring real time data and documenting job performance besides smooth trials of new frac technologies.• Performed in-lab tests on water, formation rock cuttings, and multiple frac fluid systems, determining compatibility and enhancing production and clean-up.• Ensured proper post-job documentation and archiving at job completion, fortifying future designs.• Implemented Halliburton 5-mainstays through Halliburton standards and work methods, ensuring service quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.• Trained newly hired engineers on frac operations and engineering responsibilities, enhancing strength of team and streamlining quality of service.
