Dan'l is one of the people in my career who have really impressed me as a leader. Dan'l is able to lead his team with a great balance of empathy and hard core business guidance. He's an effective mentor that always provides a new insight or different perspective. His integrity and willingness to say things as they are is very helpful when one needs a compass. Dan’l has been a great asset to Microsoft providing a voice from the valley and bringing a bit of a different leadership culture.
