David's natural curiosity and innate ability to understand software and hardware come together in a fantastic display of innovative thinking and creative solutions. His willingness to explore the unknown and to disseminate learning to the team is a true asset to Ozmo. I actively seek out opportunities to work with David as do many others.

I have had the pleasure of working with David Bates this past year helping Modea become an enterprise level Saas company providing customer support and training across the U.S. and Canadian wireless industry. Driving technology on a complete cloud based infrastructure is complex and unique compared to physical hardware hidden away in some minuscule datacenter. However, the challenges in modern cloud computing are a great example of the catalyst David thrives on. His personality and expansive skill set has positioned him as a cornerstone of our engineering and development team. Not only does David posses the technical and soft skills to succeed at any company he is one of the very best individuals I have meet in my lifetime. Not only does David set the bar for technical knowledge he feeds a unique energy into the team and company as a whole. It has been a pleasure to work with and learn from David this past year and I can only hope to continue working with him in the coming years. Roger D Farmer Dev/Ops Cloud Engineer Internet Superhero

A more technical title is CMO / Lead Developer. This position is really a cumulation of my talents and my maker mentality.I got to handle cutting edge marketing promotions, manage advanced applications development, and prototype new robotic systems for my clients which included the likes of Disney and Verizon. X9 Technologies is a startup with a long history in the piedmont area offering to turn any idea into a reality. Bottom line is that I get to play with things like 3D Printers and LaserCutters while still developing applications. See Adam Savage for an example ;)
