Working within Harvey Nichols for a fantastic company the IIAA (international Institute For Anti-Ageing) My Job role is managing a strong team on a daily basis, setting goals to achieve monthly/annual targets. Training my team and new starters within Harvey Nichols IIAA. As a counter manager I also do in-depth Skin Analysis's and Electrical Facials using the very best technology. Our brands within IIAA; Environ Skincare and The Advanced Nutrition Programme - Beauty Food Supplements. In 2017 - I won the Counter Specialist for the year. I got promoted to Counter Manager in 2018. 2019 we where a runner up for counter of the year and one of my team members won Counter Specialist of the year 2019! I am a born leader, trainer, and I am a very motivated, sales driven individual who takes pride in any tasks given to me through my job role.
