Mrs. Barakat brings more than 20 years of experience in General Management and more specifically in Human Resources Management in the manufacturing, telecom and service sectors. During these years she acquired extensive knowledge and skills related to people management, organizational development, human resources including compensation and benefits, research and development of related systems, HR practices and procedures. Djina is a partner of Beyond Group (BCT and BRDI) who has primary responsibility for all human resources consultancy and training, projects management and administration as well as customized recruitment services offered by Beyond in addition to supporting the companies management consultancy, training and development projects. Mrs. Barakat possesses a refined expertise in designing salaries scale and related grading systems, job descriptions, initiating internal trainers program, administrating succession planning and career development program, reforming employee performance appraisal system, researching and developing salary scales and compensation practices, HR procedures and employee handbook in addition to generating HR analysis and reporting tools. Since 2010, Djina attended several workshops with Langevin Learning Services – Canada (The World’s Largest Train-The-Trainer Company), and in 2012 she was certified as “Technical and Master Trainer” and “Certified Instructional Designer/Developer”. In 2013, Mrs. Barakat conducted a study regarding the state and the Evolution of Human Resources Management in Kuwait. She holds two Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with focus on Finance and Accounting, and on Marketing Management along with an MBA from the University of Quebec at Montreal, UQAM Canada.
