      Mrs. Barakat brings more than 20 years of experience in General Management and more specifically in Human Resources Management in the manufacturing, telecom and service sectors. In 2013, Mrs. Barakat conducted a study regarding the state and the Evolution of Human Resources Management in Kuwait.
