I've worked with Guilherme on a VR project back in 2018. Before I joined the team, he oversaw with a colleague most of the audio systems that were implemented, working with the previous sound designer. He ran me through the architecture, the best practices, the highlights and the flaws of the systems, for which he already found workarounds and suggested future developments, allowing me a solid foundation of information and a frictionless injection in the project. Already starting on solid programming grounds, during my time at Playmagic, he showcased an exponential growth in knowledge, production, precision, stress management and communication. Always open to feedback, he's keen to discuss about new ideas and concepts that he can share with any colleague thanks to his simple, yet very effective exposition and communication skills that allow people to understand even complex programming concepts without prior knowledge. I had the pleasure to check on some of his latest works this year and I was not surprised to see that the growth has not stopped and given his overall attitude, I'm positive it never will.
