Having Engineers on your team that you know you can rely on are, in my opinion, the most valuable commodity an IT manager could have. Djair Silva was someone that I knew I could rely on for just about anything. I worked with Djair for six years at CWT, and I was fortunate enough to have him on my team for three of those years. Djair’s dedication to the team efforts and desire to always wanting to ‘do more’ is what I’ll remember and miss most. Djair was also very quick to adapt from working on a team that primarily had a regional focus to becoming a valuable member of an Engineering team with a global focus. Djair also polished his English-speaking skills…while I managed to learn a little Portuguese! Any employer would be lucky to have Djair Silva in their organization.
