  As V.P. of Subsea at PERC Engineering (formerly EXP Engineering International), I am responsible for oversight and staffing of all work scopes related to SURF and downstream offshore projects. PERC projects can involve all phases of project execution from pre-FEED through start-up. PERC services include project management, engineering, quality, inspection as required. I have 30 years’ experience in offshore pipelines, umbilicals, structures, facilities design and project management. Performed at all levels of project duties including project management, construction management, field supervision, contracts, procurement and detailed design. Experience includes a wide variety of shallow and deep water projects both in the Gulf of Mexico and abroad in water depths from onshore to 9,200 fsw. Expertise include extensive SCR experience including CVA. Significant projects include: Noble Leviathan, Noble Tamar, Petrobras Cascade / Chinook, Independence Subsea, Israel National Gas Pipeline, subsea tiebacks for BP and Hess, and several major pipeline projects for Shell.
