  Primary focus was to reorganize and modernize the Financial Aid and Scholarships Office system-wide. Beginning with Fall 2015 and continuing, delivered the largest percentage of aid in the institution’s history, consisting of $118 million to 16,000+ students in the first disbursement ($54 million increase from Fall 2013). I also streamlined processes, realigned staff responsibilities, implemented document deadlines, ensured compliance with Title IV and State regulations, adapted the delivery of student services to increasingly complex federal, state, and institutional environments, created quality customer service processes through the use of Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Global Knowledgebase solutions, led efforts of institutional scholarship fund modeling projections, participated in the accreditation team for the Elson S. Floyd School of Medicine, is a co-Principal Investigator for $2 million AFI Workforce Federal Grant to fund Financial Literacy, established an online estimated awarding system, worked with the Government Relations Team to advocate for various federal and state policies, and served on numerous campus and state-wide boards and committees. I have provided leadership to professional associations, such as the Washington Financial Aid Association (WFAA), Executive Committee of Western Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (WASFAA), Test validation team for the National Association of Student Aid Administrators (NASFAA), Certified Financial Aid Administrator (CFAA) program, and as a Peer Accreditor for the Northwest Commission of Colleges and Universities.
