Position: Sr. Engineer (Operation) Duration: From June 2012 till date Plant Features: 2*300 MW BTG Supplied by DEC China Boiler: 1025 TPH subcritical, natural Circulation ,Drum type, single Reheat, Balanced Draught, Tangential firing with four corners arranged Boiler. Turbine: Subcritical, reheat, single shaft, Double Cylinder and HIP combined Cylinder & Condensing Steam Turbine. Job Profile: • Responsible for monitoring and handling emergencies of Boiler & Turbine for Smooth, safe and eco-friendly operation of 2x300MW Power plant. • Responsible for smooth & safe boiler light up, shutdown and turbine rolling. • Responsible for Cold / Hot start up activities. • Knowledge in LDC (Load demand control) mode of operation. • Operation of BOP Systems. • Prepare Standard Operating Procedures to enhance the reliability and safe operation of the plant. • Issue and cancellation of PTW (Permit to Work) system, safe isolation, personnel safety and equipment safety. • Guiding Field operators for safe operation of Power Plant. • Active participation and planning in unit shutdown jobs.
