Divya did a great job growing Binks' presence in terms of captivating the clients. She started working with me as a design consultant to grow the presence of Binks in the Indian, & specifically Bangalore market. The role included talking to the clients & understanding their requirements, successfully closing orders and communicating with the production team reagrding the orders closed, and later expanded her role into illustrating & standardizing the flat sketches used by the design team. She also diligently ensures that her KPIs are updated and tracked, which helped me understand what went well and what did not. I am sure, she will achieve great things in her career. I'm equally amazed by her ability to come up with new ideas, a skill she uses to her benefit when making presentations to clients and colleagues. She is a highly focused person as well as analytical and can add to any team she is a part of. Her energy to make things happen was contagious and it helped us achieve great goals. She is well organized, diligent, and a fast learner. All these attributes were critical when trying to fit into a new and challenging role. Being a fast learner helped her understand the market fit and quickly choose the right path to success. One of the best consultants we had for sure. It was a pleasure to work with Divya. I definitely recommend her to any job.
