I worked with Divya for approx 18 months during a project to implement a data-lake based on Horton works. We were responsible for implementation of data pipe-lines to stream various types of structured and unstructured data into the data-lake (HDFS) and to enable data scientists to use the data. Divya worked with us to ensure quality was built in at early stages of the project's features. She was one of the key people responsible for this. Divya made many valuable contributions to the project both at a technical and organisational level. She had very good knowledge of the systems in terms of troubleshooting processes and jobs running in hadoop. She was also able to help new members of the team including developers to learn how the system worked. Personally she is very paitient, a fast learner and seems to get along with all her colleagues. She has a good understanding of working with multi cultural teams across many timezones. I can recommend Divya wholeheartedly. If I was ever in a position to work with her again I would.
