  Bachelor of Applied Science (Management – new proposed program) Program committee member and Course Developer: Oct 2012 – present Student Counselor – Aug 2011 – Jun 2012 Gates Foundation Committee Member (Specializing in Developmental Mathematics): Aug 2009- Dec 2010 Support the development and execution of the college’s academic department. Coordinates team meeting for best practices for the department, assists in the implementation of program requirement across each business stream, and assists in the management of all systems in support of the teaching process through three primary methods: face to face, online, and hybrid. Accomplishments • Designed, developed and delivered blended curriculum to meet State and Federal accreditation requirements for the Business and Developmental Mathematics Department • Program Management: Oversaw design, development and deployment of new Bachelor program for Clark College –launch Fall 2016 • Introduced and delivered new courses such as e-Business, Customer Service, Social Media Marketing, Motivation and Leadership, Conflict Resolution • Liaison between industries and Clark College • Proposed, designed and built the Business Department and Business Club website – launch August 2015 • Business Club – Co-Advisor (Mentoring students on running the club.
