  My work is in RNAi technology , plant tissue culture and plant biotechnology. with basic techniques of molecular biology like DNA and RNA extraction, gel elution , plasmid isolation, invitro transcription , bioefficacy experiment on trasgenic plants with nematode as the model organism. nematpde culture and studying their silencing effect on the plants and the mRNA . At present i m working with 7 genes as host plant eggplant and tobacco. trying my hands on INPLANTA culture of transgenics via agrobacterium mediated transformations on brinjal. and lot more.
