The following duties are assigned: - Taking patients in on their appointed time, so that they do not have to wait. - Following the protocol set by the PT/Chiro, and administering the electrotherapeutic modalities. - Managing patient influx and making sure all of them are attended. - Setting up patients for their session with the PT/Chiro. - Administration of case specific evidence based exercises to the patients, correcting and guiding them when needed. - Providing them ergonomic advice and the do's and don'ts related to their condition. - Updating the SOAP notes regularly. - Scanning of all the MVA, EHC, Biomechanical Evaluation, Prescription, Pick up files and settling them into their allotted boxes. - Renaming and uploading of the files into the corresponding patient's file and seeing to it that none of the files are missing. - Storing of the files in an alphabetical order into the storage area. - Handing over all the orthotic braces/splints to the respective patient. - Making sure all the rooms have gel bottles, sanitizers, lotion, tissue rolls, proper electro pads, changing gowns. - Maintaining overall cleanliness of the rooms. - Maintaining the time to time laundry cycle.
