Developed over 100 applications including local and enterprise-wide solutions ranging from Microsoft Access and Excel tools to client server applications featuring Microsoft Visual Basic, web clients and SQL Server databases.Additionally, developed sophisticated extensions to FileOnQ document management system which implemented automated workflow and email notification supporting accounts payable and obligation management applications. These extensions were so powerful that the finance centers experienced as significant reduction in invoice processing time which directly saved over 20 full time equivalent staff members allowing resources to be reassigned to different business functions.Solely responsible for the migration of 11 FileOnQ document management applications from a locally hosted server to a national level DHS datacenter. Additionally, setup and configured a test server and disaster recover server at a different DHS datacenter.
